"Show Desktop" button screenshot in help file should not be Win8

tPenguinLTG 11 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Michael (Ramen Software) 11 jaar geleden 1

The screenshot showcasing the "Hide the 'Show Desktop' button" uses the Win8 Aero visual style in which the "Show Desktop" button isn't actually overly obvious. It would be more effective if the screenshot were taken using the Win7 Aero visual style or Windows Classic.

Yes, I realize it's Win8 for consistency, but clarity should be more important.

I've replaced the screenshot to show a pressed button:

It would be more comfortable if instead of a scrollbar you'd have a multicolumn/multirow array of task icons. E.g. now it looks like this: http://ebanarot.ru/ebanaimg/b6189195418d888e1bce67330b348de4.png

New instance

Add a command to open a new instance of a program, like the middle click does by default. Could be something like CTRL + right click or CTRL + mid click.

It would be nice to be able to mute by pressing the middle mouse button

It would be nice to be able to mute sound by pressing the middle mouse button in the system tray area.

You can do that if you enable one of the volume wheel scroll options.

Close all windows even when windows aren't combined

Anoniem 9 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Stamimail 9 jaar geleden 3
When windows of a group are combined, one is able to close all the group's windows from the context menu, but not when they are not combined. A feature which enables that would be nice because often I have a lot of pdf:s open when I study, and when I'm done studying I could just close all pdf:s in one click.

Since v4.5.5, you can use the Mouse Button Control advanced options to minimize/close all items of a button group.

Miniaturansicht weder durch Autostart noch durch eingebaute Systemstartfunktion abschaltbar, sondern nur durch manuelle Nutzung der EXE deaktivierbar

Anoniem 10 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Michael (Ramen Software) 9 jaar geleden 7
German/deutsch: Die Miniaturansicht ist weder durch Autostart noch durch die eingebaute Funktion "beim Systemstart ausführen" abschaltbar, sondern nur durch manuelle Nutzung der EXE-Datei deaktivierbar.

English/englisch: The mini-preview on the taskbar cannot be disabled per Autostart/autorun or the built-in "execute on system startup" function. Only using the EXE file manually is able to do this.

If that's still an issue, please provide more details. Closing for now.

Saving (order of) taskbar items

Anoniem 9 jaar geleden bijgewerkt door Michael (Ramen Software) 9 jaar geleden 4
Great utility!!! Is there a way to save a list of the taskbar items and their actual order in the taskbar (e.g. in a text file), to be used on windows startup later?

Ctrl+Alt+Tab
scrolling while cursor hover taskbar buttons isn't working.
It does work while hovering above notification area or in Ctrl+Win+Tab.
