[SOLVED] Issues with LastActiveClick tweak

bruno3390 10 years ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 10 years ago 2

[EDIT] Here are some issues that happened to me when using the LastActiveClick tweak

.

1-The decombine function only Works if the mouse comes from inside the taskbar, so if the mouse comes from outside it does not decombine, i have to move the mouse out the group (but inside the taskbar) and then go back to the group in order to decombine it.

2-I cant drag icons within groups with the left mouse button

3-The custom group function does not work properly, at this moment i only manage to group a couple of programs together with the Taskbar Inspector (dragging doesn't work for me also).

4-I cant drag one icon at a time when it is inside a group, when i drag it moves the entire group.

.

What is working properly(some other functions i didn't test yet):

*Hide show desktop button

*Display seconds in the clock

*Taskbar Items: all Works except the "remove extra gap between items" and the tooltip function (Hovering "sub-box").

.

INFO:

I'm running 7TT with admin privileges.

.

Is there someother information that could help diagnose my issues?

Thanks

.

[EDIT] ~~~~~~~~~~SOLVED~~~~~~~~~~~~

.

All this issues happened because i was using a "tweak" in taskbar.

I added a dword key in registry called "LastActiveClick" with value 1.

Now that i deleted it, all functions are working properly.

.

But since some other people might have the same problem, i believe that would be a good idea to check "compatibility" with the "LastActiveClick tweak"

.

Thanks again for the amazing software :D

Restore browser thumbnails order after an HTML5 video enters/leaves fullscreen mode

Anonymous 10 years ago updated by Пётр Минин 10 years ago 3
Now that YouTube always uses HTML5 in Chrome, I have the following problem. When a video enters or leaves fullscreen mode, the window's thumbnail moves to the last position in the group. I wonder if it's possible to detect this behavior and restore the order.

Excel Often Moves Position on Task Bar When Saved. Could You Please Make It Not Happen?

Anonymous 9 years ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 9 years ago 1
When there are a few excel instances (seperated instances) opened, saving a file often brings the excel instance to the end of all tasks in the task bar.
Can you please prevent this from happening?
Thanks.
Answer
Unfortunately, Excel doesn't play well with the taskbar. See my reply here:

There's no real fix for the taskbar, Excel is the program that requires fixing.

Mouse wheel over button/thumbnail sometimes scrolls window instead of minimizing/restoring

Anonymous 9 years ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 9 years ago 2
I have both options checked under "Minimize/restore when mouse is over:". However, sometimes using the mouse wheel over either the button or thumbnail causes the associated window to scroll rather than the expected minimizing/restoring.
