So you're saying that when the tweaker is running, but all options are off (set to default), the issue happens?

Does it happen when the tweaker is not running? Does it happen when all options are off? If not, which option causes it?

Also note that Excel has several cases of special behavior regarding the taskbar. See this topic in which I link to several such cases, perhaps one of them is similar to yours.

That's not related to the taskbar, so unlikely to ever be added to 7+ Taskbar Tweaker. Unless I misunderstood the suggestion?
