microsoft edge will not ungroup

I have somehow a group of 4 Microsoft edge windows that will not ungroup.  When I try to move the buttons around on the task bar, these 4 always stay together as if they were one.  currently I have all buttons set to never combine.

Im using windows 10.  What else do I need to give you to help you trouble shoot??

Please check your settings in Taskbar Inspector to see whether you have a specific configuration set for Edge. Image:

If not, please post a screenshot that demonstrates the problem.
