blurry icons via task schedular task

john defiant 6 years ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 5 years ago 4

i use task scheduler to load tt7+ faster (created task) and with large icons enable they are extremely blurry...using tt7+ "run on start up" setting this doesn't happen, but their is a long delay loading it which i don't like. thats why i created the task so thattt7+ loads instantly on start up...but the large icons are always blurry?

Pinned icon issue when ShowLabels = Never

Anonymous 6 years ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 6 years ago 1

Pin an app to Taskbar.

Open its .lnk Properties and change its icon.

So, when there's no window for the app, this icon shows. (See the middle image.) It's what I want.

When there's a window for the app, its task button shows the app's icon. (See the top image.) It's what I want.

But when ShowLabels = Never, the task button shows the customized icon. (See the bottom image.) This is not what I want.

Could this be optimized further?

Thank you.

Groups sometimes don't expand when switching desktops

superluig164 6 years ago updated 6 years ago 5

Sometimes, when switching desktops in Windows 10, groups of windows on the destination desktop, when set to expand with titles, will stay in the shape of a single icon, but will have no text or icons.  Both items are there, just very small with no labels.  It seems like the expansion process gets stopped in the middle.

would be great if you could cycle in the other direction instead, if your mind works in that direction.

SubOption for Cycle between Taskbar Buttons: minimize all other windows

mishaxz 6 years ago 0

would be great to have an option so that while you're cycling through the taskbar windows it can minimize every one except the one that is currently in focus

Answer

The 1003 error means that the tweaker failed to run the injected code as part of the explorer’s process.
This can be caused by an antivirus, which denies access to explorer due to security concerns.
Try whitelisting the tweaker.

BUG: Taskbar Reversion on Windows 10 v1903

cyrishihi 6 years ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 5 years ago 4

My taskbar reverts back to its original form, closes the program, and leaves a "ghost" in my hidden icons menu that goes away when you hover over it. At random. And stops doing it. At random. There is no rhyme or reason to when it starts to happen or stops. Please help?? Edit: Since it seems important here is my explorer.exe file version as well. 10.0.18362.207
