The classic menu itself is not a feature of the tweaker, it’s built into Windows. You can use it without the tweaker too, by holding the shift key while right-clicking. The option just makes Windows think you hold Shift while right clicking. Perhaps you were holding the Shift button when you saw the issue? Does the issue happen when the tweaker is not running?

It's been a while, but I finally looked at it and I believe that it should be fixed now in v5.8.0.6 beta. Please try it and let me know whether it works for you.
