Show labels on hover/active window for non-grouped items

While the decombine option is great, I think it would be even better if it allowed the labels to show for non grouped items as well.

I'd like to see the option to have labels shown for non-grouped items, when either hovered or activated; akin to the 'decombine on hover' options.

But I would only like this available through taskbar inspector on an individual basis, not as a general setting.
