Is it the same scenario? Are the windows that you're trying to scroll owned by a process that's running as administrator?

Please try the newly released beta version, 5.11.1.2, it might fix the issue. Please let me know whether it works.
That might be because of update KB5003214, released on May 25. I'll check it as soon as possible.
7+ Taskbar Tweaker shouldn't affect anything that's related to this functionality. I believe that something else causes the issue. If you're convinced that the problem is caused by 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, and have a good reason to assume so, let me know and I'll reopen the topic.
Fixed in version 5.11.1.
In this case, I'll close the issue. If you'd like to try out a debug build, let me know.
