Suggestion: need delay before showing preview on hover.

I like the "show thumbnail preview" when hovering. But it would be even better if there was a time delay before the preview pops up. I over-shoot when moving the mouse around the screen, and the previews popup and block my work.

It works (but it does not introduce a delay in TaskBarTweaker's 'decombining on hover'.)
