right-click by mouse produces other result than "right-click-button" on keyboard

Right-click on taskbar button produces another right-click-menu than the menu that appears when you navigate to a taskbar button with the keyboard (by Win+T and arrow keys) and then press the "right-click-menu-key" on the keyboard - Microsoft keyboards have this key.
