TT and virtual_desktop_order_fix stop working with latest Windows Update.19041.423 - August 1, 2020

Hi.

After latest update from Microsoft on Windows 10 ( KB4562899 - KB4568831 ), Taskbar Tweaker fails loading some library ( im attaching image ) and the " virtual_desktop_order_fix " stop working .

Fixed in 7+ Taskbar Tweaker v5.9.1.
