I just uninstalled 5.6.0 then installed 5.6.1 and it works.

Uninstallation removed also dll, I didin't need to remove it by hand

I will surprise you, I am not using Insider ;-). It is normal Win10Pro

I have all updates installed, so I don't know why my version is still ....107

but program should detect it anyway
