From my understanding, something similar is possible by hotkeys software. Check whether "HotkeyP" please you. See "Send keys to window" and similar commands in HotkeyP Help File.

Hi, to solve your problem try:
- Check in 7+TT Options: Right Click > Standard window menu
- To get Jump List in Pinned Items use : Dragging the the pinned item updise.

Why can't you take out Outlook button from the group (by puling it upside), and then set it to show labels: never ?
