Basically, seems like Comodo doesn't allow the tweaker to modify explorer's memory. Try whitelisting the tweaker, and if that doesn't work, please contact the Comodo team.
This is an issue of Chrome, and I don't plan to implement a workaround for it.

Windows allows you switch between the two by holding the Shift key.
If you want more customization, it's possible with the advanced options. See help for more details.
Sounds like a bug in Chrome. I can't check it now as I don't have access to Chrome.
