Please provide more details. What's your Windows version? What's your explorer.exe version? What do you mean by "combining no longer functions"? Show what happens instead and how to reproduce the problem.

The crash could be caused by the previous version if it was loaded earlier. If after an update and a reboot there are still crashes, please create a new ticket.

Version 5.15.2 was released yesterday, please update.

From version 3.8, StartAllBack uses its own taskbar, so 7+ Taskbar Tweaker doesn't work with it.

Currently, you can either stop using StartAllBack, stop using 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, or stick to an older version of StartAllBack before 3.8.
