Please provide more details. What's the exact error message that you're getting?

You're welcome :)

I checked it again after seeing this topic, and in v5.10.0.9 I added an additional fix which existed since the introduction of the modern volume indicator: Scrolling on a secondary notification area didn't keep the indicator open, so it was closing even if you were in the middle of scrolling.

Please try v5.10.0.8 beta, and let me know whether it fixes the problem.

Thanks for checking. Should be fixed in v5.10.0.8.

Please try v5.10.0.7 beta, and let me know whether it fixes the problem.

Hi,

When certain tweaker options are changed (or at startup if they're enabled), the tweaker quickly hides and shows again all of the taskbar items to apply the options. For example, this is required when disabling grouping. As a side effect, icon badges disappear - it seems that when a taskbar button is created on the taskbar, it's created without a badge, even if it had one before, and it stays that way until the app adds a badge again.

Perhaps I could remember the badges before hiding the buttons and re-add them after showing. I might look at it one day, but it's not a high priority for me since it's not a commonly requested fix and not something that causes a lot of trouble.

What does an XPS-viewer have to do with Chrome? Is it a part of an extension?

In any case, I'm glad that you found the source of the problem. Perhaps your finding will help other people that experience a similar problem.
