Taskbar impossible de charger la bibliothèque

Please provide the exact error message, as well as the version of your explorer.exe file.

I am not the OP but the same is happening to me. Explorer.exe version 10.0.17763.831, updated 11/13/2019.

 The only visible thing I see so far is that windows are grouping by application on the task bar. There may be other things that I haven't noticed yet.

What version of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker are you using? According to the message, it's not the latest version. Please update to the latest version and see if it solves the issue.
