"no_width_limit" no longer works for vertical taskbar under Windows 8.1
I'm on a single (primary) display.

Do other options work? Are you using small icons? Does the option work with the other setting (small/large icons)?
Can you make your taskbar as narrow as you can, and post a screenshot of it here?
