For Windows 10 build 17134.1099, v5.7.1.2 still didn't work with error "Could not load library (5)".

Should be fixed in v5.7.1.3 beta, please try it.

Where is available 5.7.1.2 version, I have alwas 5.7.1 with this bug ?
