Not a bug

the new update can't be done due no 64 bits

i used this 7+ task program for a few months. it works just perfect, but today i receive info about new update and it says it can't update because 64bit is not available. How is it possible then, that i was still able to run this problem with no problem and even able to do update before, but not this tme?

Could you please provide the exact error message, and/or a screenshot? Thanks.

It just said ..."Update is not able to perform because of missong 64 bit version. Ask the provider if the version 64 bit is available" ... something like this. But finally i was able to make the update

I was going to post a screenshot, and to make things easier, changed language to English (mine is Br. Portuguese). Then it updated normally. Changed back to my language with no problems too.
Maybe it works for others too...

I believe that the issue might have been the server load. In the last few hours, the server responsiveness was not ideal, probably due to all the users which try to update to the newly released version.
Anyway, I'm glad that you got it sorted.
