Taskbar buttons are combined even if set to never after upgrade to 4.5.3

Fixed in v4.5.4.

Confirmed.
Closing the 7+TT decombines them, but when I reopen 7+TT buttons are combined again

Yep, decombining and degrouping is broken

I managed to reproduce the issue. I believe that it should be fixed in v4.5.3.1 beta. Please try it.
