I have just stated to get this message: 7 + Taskbar Tweaker: Could not load library (1004), any fix?

Are you using the latest version of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, v5.6.2? Are you running an insider build of Windows 10?

I have the same issue. I am using 7+ Taskbar Tweaker v5.6.
Can't install v5.6.2 because http://rammichael.com/7-taskbar-tweaker site is not working (522 Error)

This happened after "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03" was installed. I am not running insider build of Windows 10.

Fixed.  I upgraded from 5.6 to 5.6.2. Thanks
