Drag between taskbar rows
I can only fit 19 apps in each taskbar row. After that Windows adds another row and has up/down arrows on the right side I can use to scroll between rows. Dragging apps around inside a row works great, but I can't figure out how to drag them between rows. It would be nice if I could drag them to the up or down arrow, hover there while it goes up/down through the rows (either variable speed or maybe 2 per second), then drag & drop it where I want inside the row. Thank you.

Not an ideal solution, but you can try themultipage_wheel_scroll
advanced option.
Then, you can hold+scroll+release to drag items between pages.
Actually, that is perfect for me! That option is great even without the drag & drop. The fact that they work together is just awesome. I had no idea there was an advanced options page. Looks like I'm going to spend a long time today reading them all.
Thank you so much for this wonderful utility. I don't know what I would do without it.
