can't support for win10 1803

Same issue for me Windows 10 Home version 1803 update suddenly created an error saying 7+TBT cannot load library (105).     64-bit OS build 17134.48         

same version win10 17134.48.  and 7+ taskbar v5.4.0.2 beta2

Same for me with 1803 update - incompatibility message, then "...Cannot load library (5)", & double click on taskbar empty space not working either (I use to access Desktop).  Tried older versions just in case, & none work with this update.  Thank you for such a fabulous tweaker, though.  Look forward to a working version.
