Using no_width_limit & Windows 10 Game Mode

This should have been posted as a bug instead of an idea. Not sure how to change.

I've changed it. I'll look at it when I have some spare time.

Thanks for changing it. I just retested with 5.3 and it still happens consistently.

I tried to reproduce it, but wasn't able to see the issue.

I launched the Ragdoll Masters game, marked it as a game according to this article, and launched it several times. My taskbar stayed narrow all way long.

Please provide the necessary steps to reproduce the problem.
