Remove "Customize..." in the system tray

Please remove customize button. It takes up big space and useless...

I like this idea. I thought about it an hour ago :) This button is absolutely unnecessary: it duplicates function from context menu.

Please add this!

This is the only thing that prevents me using this mode. Also, please add changing spacing between icons and full glass.
