Bug/infelicity: when set to auto-hide, the taskbar does not always pop up when overlaid by certain windows
The bug is intermittent and seeming affects (but, since it is intermittent, does not always affect) certain applications. Common offenders on my system seem to be Word 2013 and, to a lesser extent, Firefox.

Do you think that 7+ Taskbar Tweaker causes the issue? Or is it just an idea for something that the tweaker could fix?
I do not know whether the Tweaker causes or merely exposes the problem. I do not want to live long enough without the Tweaker to find out. However, I could try to do that.
