7+ Taskbar Tweaker tries to download the file http://rammichael.com/downloads/7tt_setup.exe. If that fails, the error message is shown. Please check whether the file can be downloaded on your computer - perhaps the link is blocked, or your proxy settings are not correct.
Everything downloaded and fine on the new Win 10 computer. I think its clashing with your previous windows installations, Win 7, or your internet is not running full pelt, etc. I have had the above problems on my other laptop that contained Win7, I have Win 10 on it now. Having tried during the night when everyone in the UK is practically asleep and the internet is running without a hitch. ( Just a suggestion of what worked for me.) Cheers.
