Option to enable/disable looping when cycling between taskbar buttons using the mouse wheel
"mouse wheel cycle between taskbar buttons" may have an option to enable/disable looping when first or last loopable button reached.

Please try the "scroll_no_wrap" advanced option in 7+ Taskbar Tweaker beta v5.2.1.4.
