Bug: Drag&Drop doesn't work on 2nd taskbar
My OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit with all latest updates
Program version: latest (4.5.1)
The problem: When in program settings I set "Dropping" to "Open with" and when I drag any file from Windows Explorer to taskbar button with a program I get cursor "Unavailable". And a window of program, on which I hold cursor, doesn't activate.
This problem exists only on 2nd taskbar on my second screen (I have 2 screens)

Not a bug of the tweaker.

I couldn't reproduce the issue.
In general, "Open with" is a feature of Windows, but you have to hold Shift while dropping to make it work. The tweaker only makes Windows think that Shift is being held.
Try to turn off the tweaker, and use Shift. Do you still encounter the issue? If yes, then it's probably not the tweaker's fault.

Yes. When I hold Shift and drag some object on taskbar button then I have the same problem.
Thank you for the detailed answer!

when 7+TT is not loaded, i can just drag files on top of buttons.
if 7+TT loaded, i can't just drag, but shift+drag works. it somewhat fixes the problem. but other problem is wider and i'll add new issue for it
