Disable flashing items in taskbar

It would be nice to have an option to completely disable programs from flashing in the taskbar.
Changing HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ForegroundFlashCount in the registry has not proven effective.

Please a option to disable flashing when calling FlashWindowEx. For example apps like Microsoft Teams ignoring the ForgroundFlashCount by calling FlashWindowEx multiple times in a row. Furthermore, FlashWindowEx ignores the virtual desktop where the app is running.

Today, a possible hack is using https://github.com/Hypfer/SilenTeams. But this must be reinstalled after every teams update

Someone has released a utility that can disable any or all taskbar flashing. I have tried it and it works.
