Show preview/list for combined items only

I find it so annoying that the preview/list shows up for single items when I will only use it for combined items. There should be an option to show a preview or list for only combined items.

This is already possible through a registry tweak. Save this as a reg file and merge it (set the setting in 7+TT to "Show thumbnail preview (Default)"

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Taskband]
"NumThumbnails"=dword:00000001

Now just restart Explorer.exe or logoff and log back on. For single items, thumbnail will show and for grouped/more than one item, list will show.

That's not it I mean make it so it will show thumbnails or a list but never show any thing for single items.
