Option to lock icons so they do not move around

It will be nice to have an option lock the icons in the taskbar so they do not move around.

Implemented as an advanced option, disable_items_drag, in v4.5.10.

Especially pinned items; Windows' built-in lock command should have been apply pinned items also. I hope 7TT can tweak the default lock command to do just that.

Try the disable_items_drag advanced option in 7+ Taskbar Tweaker v4.5.8.12 beta.

I absolutely welcome the new option, besides the bug of disappeared of hover action, the option is brilliant !!!!!
I've been finding a way to lock the very easily moved icon for very long long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
