Taskbar bug with classic theme in Windows 7

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable classic theme in Windows 7
2. Try to move any button on the taskbar
3. Now, when you hover any other button on the taskbar, this button is displayed like it is pressed, but it is not true.
4. When the taskbar loses focus this effect disappear
Maybe it's not too hard to fix it. For example, after moving of any button, 7TT can quickly send messages to taskbar window that taskbar lost focus and received it again. It seems that this trick should work.
