"7+ Taskbar Tweaker settings" in context menu

Add an option to show "7+ Taskbar Tweaker settings" in context menu, when Right-clicking on taskbar free space. That's an easy way to open program options, if tray icon is turned off.

I guess it requires adding a value to Windows Registry
Why not to use a simple shortcut of 7+TT on Desktop etc ?
