Scroll down changes task list pages; scroll up does not

I recently updated to latest. Since then I've noticed that I can change taskbar task pages by scrolling down as before, but scrolling up does not flip back to the previous page. I have to manually click the page arrows.

I checked 7+ Taskbar Tweaker v5.0 on Windows 7, and could not reproduce the issue.
Can you please try previous versions, and see which one worked?
