full function recycle bin in the taskbar

Option to have a fully functional recycle bin in the taskbar - not a toolbar kludge I've seen on some forums, a real recycle bin with the same context menu etc as the one that normally lives on the desk top

And 30 extra votes for the 'fold taskbar numberer into taskbar tweaker' idea.
