Reclaim Startbutton space on second screen

Anonymous 2 days ago updated by Michael (Ramen Software) 19 hours ago 5

The "Hide the Start button" option forgets to reclaim the Start button space on the second screen. So that space where the button was stays empty and can't be used by taskbar icons.

The one on the main monitor is removed and the icons can use that space, but the second monitor taskbar doesn't free up that space for icons.

Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11? Also, please post a screenshot to show how it looks for you.

Edit: I just tested this on an up-to-date Win10 build (19045.5679) and it works as expected for me with multiple monitors.

Taskbar has dropped on Windows 11 and I don't know how to return it to normal.  Can just see the tip of it.f  Also, lost the ability to rearrange open windows.

Is it related to the start button issue, or to 7+ Taskbar Tweaker at all? Please provide more details or create a new ticket if it's an unrelated issue.

Thanks Michael. Sorted! It was related to Windhawk.  Very relieved it is sorted.

Glad to hear that it's sorted. Let me know if there's an issue with one of the Windhawk mods.
