option to increase size of system tray icons

Anonymous 10 years ago updated 10 years ago 3
System tray icons in Windows 7 are really tiny, smaller than those in XP, making it difficult for someone with eye problems. I'd love to be able to make them a little bit bigger. Windows doesn't give any options for changing the size, unless you change the size of everything. Could you possibly add this option?
It's same on both XP and 7. (16px)

Also, these icons are supplied by programs and not Windows itself. Even 7+tt supports it, other programs need to include bigger icons to show.
That would look bad because many programs supply the icons only in a 16x16 size, and they would be pixelated then.

Some programs already have icons with a higher resolution since Windows uses them in High-DPI-Mode.
