Control volume when mouse is over 'the notification area' stopped working on secondary monitor
This happened after these Windows 10 updates.
It is working fine on the primary display.

What's your version of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker? Version 5.15.2 was released recently, make sure you're using the latest version.
