explorer preview when hover on taskbar icons not happening anymore
have to restart the explorer, and it works fine for only short time.
when not using taskbar tweaker, the problem not arises, even after long time, multiple sleep-wake loops.
updated to version 5.14.2, and the time in-between this behavior decreased significantly.
Now just after 20 mins, the preview on hover stops functioning.

I'm not familiar with this problem. What's your Windows version? Are you using other Windows customization tools? Which 7+ Taskbar Tweaker options are you using? Does the problem happen even if all of the tweaker's options are disabled?
Also, there's this Windows bug, make sure that's not what you're seeing, and try the workaround:

OS build 19045.3324
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0
Tweaker version 5.14.2
If I kill the 7+ taskbar tweaker.exe and restart explorer, bug does not happen.
Expected behavior: when hover mouse on any taskbar icon, the preview happens.
Happening behavior: only window name appears without any preview window.
Did you try the workaround that I posted (shift + right click)? I don't think that the issue is caused by 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, as it isn't suppose to affect that.
