hotkey to go to a specific Toolbar

I have 3 toolbars I use all the time, like a cache of shortcuts. One of them is dynamic and has links to OneNote pages, I want a shortcut to open that, so I can key combo, then down, down and I'll know what the 2nd one down is...... would save me minutes a day and a lot of mouse clicking.

use virtual desktop tools to get multiple desktops! The taskbar alone cannot handle everything!

Protips: you can set KB shortcut binding to a shortcut .lnk file since it is a feature in Windows...
