Ctrl+left click/Ctrl+wheel down on a taskbar button to hide its window, place it in notification area

Basically what the excellent RBTray app does but it does that by hooking into every window and we must right click on minimize button of a window to send it to the tray. That doesn't work for apps that customize the title bar/non-client area. Ctrl+wheel down will work reliably.
