The new version conflicts with QTTabBar
Hello Developer
The new version (v5.11.3) will conflict with QTTabBar(http://qttabbar.wikidot.com/), and the context menu cannot pop up after right-clicking the folder in the Explorer. Explorer will freeze.
OS:
Windows 10 Professional Workstation Edition - 21H1 (19043.1110)
QTTabBar (1043 & 2048 beta 1)

If you first right-click the drive letter icon in this computer window, and then right-click the folder after entering the drive letter partition, this bug will not appear.

Does the issue happen when 7+ Taskbar Tweaker is not running? Since the issue doesn't happen on the taskbar, it's possible that it's not related to the tweaker.
If it happens only when the tweaker is running, can you check whether it happens when all of the tweaker's options are off? If no, please find the option that causes the issue.
Sorry, after investigation, there should be a conflict between another third-party software and the system.
