Latest version 5.11.1 seems to have broken my "Picture" folder - No thumbnails

Tried all the suggestions listed here, didn't resolve. https://www.stellarinfo.com/blog/thumbnail-previews-not-showing/

7+ Taskbar Tweaker shouldn't affect anything that's related to this functionality. I believe that something else causes the issue. If you're convinced that the problem is caused by 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, and have a good reason to assume so, let me know and I'll reopen the topic.
