Taskbar not aways on top when hovering set to "nothig"

when i open a new explorer windows it stays on toop of taskbar insted of going behind it , disable_topmost is tes to 0 !

i just fix it.. Alll i did is rebuild shell icon cache

I believe that it wasn't related to hovering. In any case, I'm glad that you solved it.
