could not load library (1004) Windows 10 pro 19041.450

Same error here after Windows update to Ver 2002 (19041.450) last night

Additional note the Windows update reset the taskbar setting 'Combine Task Bar' buttons back to the default of 'Always, hide labels' even though I've had it set at 'Never' for years. I had to set it back to 'Never' which is when I found out the update also bro broke 7+ Taskbar Tweaker as I can now only move task bar icons in a group per application.

One more comment - beta v5.9.0.9 (was running 5.9) fixes the issues. Thanks.

Same here. I installed and updated Windows 10 on my laptop yesterday and now 7+ isn't working. Plus, Windows acuses the beta's .exe file to have virus.
