Option to change volume step

Hi.

This program is great! Thanks a lot for it.

I'd like to have a possibility to change manually volume step on your app. For example - now it changes by 3, but I want to change it by 10 always via your app.

I would like to go in the other direction and be able to change the volume increments by 1 with each step of my mouse wheel.

I've added the sndvol_step advanced option to the newly added beta version, v5.10.0.2. Please try it. Refer to the help file for details.
