I had before 5.9. Normally the tweaker reminds me for new versions, but did not this time.
So I had to update manually.
But I fear with next win update it will stop again.
Can you check the update reminder function?

I don't use a proxy.I checked firewall, there is also no blocking.
Maybe by updating windows this function is killed also.
