and btw, i took the last 2 pictures before rebooting, but thats what it looks like, the top picture is right after reboot, explore auto-moves the icons cuz they're overlapped by the task bar, then tweaker loads and makes the taskbar skinny leaving the space you expect for another column of icons, then i move the icons back where they're supposed to be
